My tracking hasn't updated
That's completely normal! Tracking numbers can take up to 15 days to activate and update — this is just how the shipping process works. Your parcel is still on its way even if the status hasn't changed. If there's no update after 15 days, email us at Support@elarashop-uk.com.
Why hasn't my order been dispatched yet?
Preparation typically takes around 7 days, though during busy periods it can take up to 8–12 days. If this timeframe has passed, our team can give you a precise update — drop us a message at Support@elarashop-uk.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be in preparation. Email us at Support@elarashop-uk.com and we'll do our very best to help.
I'd like a refund
No problem at all! Send us an email at Support@elarashop-uk.com and we'll process your request promptly. Refunds through our customer service are handled much faster than through a bank dispute.
